The Making of Your Custom Basket..
- Our hard maple comes from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky,
and West Virginia.
- Our woodshop takes the hard maple veneer and cuts
it to length and width.
- The maple strips are dyed, then woven in between
natural strips of maple.
- Your basket is then hand woven by an experienced
basket weaver.
- After a quality inspection, the basket is hand
dipped into a vat of natural stain to bring out the
beautiful natural wood grain..
- The cloth liners are hand sewn by expert sewers
and hand delivered to our office.
- The basket is then packaged for shipping direct
to you!
