Q. What is the minimum number of baskets I can order?
A. 25 baskets is our minimum order.
Starter kits of 10 baskets are available to Schools & Relay For Life.

Q. Can I order a sample basket?
A. YES. You can still order a single CUSTOM basket from us with your specific message, weave, colors, and fabric liner, but at the retail price.

Q. Are all of your baskets handmade?
A. Yes.

Q. What type of wood are your baskets made from?
A. The baskets are made of hard maple that is harvested throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Q. How long does it take to get my baskets from the time I place my order?
A. Please allow 2-3 weeks. (Special order fabrics may take longer depending on manufacturer availability. Laser Lids will add approx. one week.)

Q. How long does it take to receive my order if it is a reorder?
A. Depending on the individual order; your reorder should take 1-2 weeks.

Q. Is there a quality guarantee?
A. YES. If you are unsatisfied with any basket, please call and we will replace your basket free of charge. Each single basket goes through a thorough quality check by an experienced basket maker supervisor.

A. We use a environmentally safe vegetable based color dye.

Q. Can I use any fabric with any basket?
