A. YES. Our baskets are expertly hand-woven by our
      skilled craftsmen in Canal Fulton, Ohio.

Q. What is the minimum number
of baskets I can order?

A. 25 baskets is our minimum order.

      Starter kits of 10 baskets are available
      to Schools, and
      Health/Medical Fundraisers.

Q. How many fundraiser baskets
can I expect to sell?

A. Each organization sells approximately:
   • Schools 75-300 baskets
   • Cancer 50-400 baskets
   • Churches 50-150 baskets
   • Fairs/Festivals 100-500 baskets
   • Fire Departments 75-200 baskets
   • Military 50-125 baskets

Q. How much profit can I expect to make?
A.
Most of our customers make anywhere
      from $600 to $5,000 in profit.

Q. What is the most amount of baskets
you have sold at one time?

A. The most baskets we have ever sold was 4,750
      baskets to one customer in one year.

Q. What type of wood are your baskets
made from?

A. Only the best hard maple trees in Ohio,
      Kentucky, and Indiana are chosen, then
      harvested for our baskets.

Q. What do you use to color your basket weaves?
A. We use a environmentally safe vegetable
      based color dye.

Q. How long does it take to get my baskets
from the time I place my first order?

A.
Please allow 3 weeks.
      (Special order fabrics may
take longer depending
      on manufacturer availability. Laser Lids will add
      approx. one week.)

Q. Can I request any color or color
combination of weave?

A. YES. We can accommodate
      just about any color request
      for your custom  handmade basket.

Q. Can I use any fabric with any basket?
A. YES. You can select any of our in stock fabric.
      
We can special order from a large variety
      of fabrics to accent your basket. Special order
      fabric availability, and pricing varies and
      depends on manufacturer
stock.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order
if it is a reorder?

A. Depending on the individual order;
      your reorder should take 2 weeks.

Q. Is there a quality guarantee?
A. YES. Each single basket is checked
      for quality thoroughly four times before
      shipping. If you are unsatisfied with any basket,
      please call and we will repair or replace
      your basket free of charge.

Q. Do we sell baskets to retail customers?
A. YES. You can still order CUSTOM
      baskets from us with your specific message,
      weave, colors, fabric liner, and lid or other
      accessory for the retail price.
      RETAIL PRICES are listed with each
      basket profile.
      GO TO the Retail Catalog & Prices
      and click on the basket picture.
      Look at the retail price.
      ASK for special pricing if ordering
      in quantities greater than ten baskets;
      like for weddings, etc.

Q. How many different styles of weaves
do you offer?

A. We offer three basic weaves, three patriotic
      weaves, and our popular "Anniversary Weave".
      Also, a single or double trim can be added
      at the top to accent your handmade basket.
